  • Also referred to as the Haines House and Hans Millan House, spans 2.5 acres and dates back to 1777 when it was used as a field hospital during the Battle of Germantown. The historic house is now a museum and garden open to the public. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971 and later designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1971.

Cliveden of the National Trust

  • The Cliveden, also referred to as the Chew House, was built from 1763-1767 designed by William Peters in the Georgian Colonial architectural style.
