The Community of Butztown

Butztown is an unincorporated community within the Bethlehem Township of Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The area was established in 1806 after George Butz constructed a grist mill along a tributary of the Lehigh River, Nancy Run. After a series of homes were built nearby, the community became known as Butztown. Later on, the mill was acquired by R.T. Schweitzer, who converted it into the Butztown Hotel. In 2000, the hotel became the Keystone Pub & Grill Bethlehem. Butztown is located just north of the suburb of Middletown. The main roads that serve the area are Carter Road, Willow Park Road and Easton Avenue.

Keystone Pub & Grill Bethlehem

Keystone Pub & Grill Bethlehem is a local restaurant in Butztown that was established on the site of the community's first mill and later hotel. Located at 3259 Easton Avenue, the pub is known to have the best wings in the Lehigh Valley. Food items on its menu include:

Comer Park

Comer Park is a small neighborhood park in Butztown. Situated adjacent to the Bethlehem Area Public Library - Bethlehem Township Branch, it is bounded by Orth Street on the north, 7th Street on the east and Dewalt Street on the south. The park offer amenities like play courts, a playground, park benches, picnic tables and a gazebo. It is a local favorite for picnic lunches and relaxation.
