Mt. Zion Cemetery & Mausoleum is a cemetery in South Pottstown. Established in 1873, it is the third oldest cemetery in the Borough of Pottstown. The cemetery is one of the only ones left in the area that still permits upright memorials/headstones, slanted memorials and bronze markers. It also offers private and community mausoleums, private burial estates, traditional burials, lawn crypts, cremation, a specially designated area for pet burials, and a place of honor for Veterans. The cemetery and mausoleum office's hours of operation are Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is only open in the evenings and on the weekends by appointment only. To visit loved ones, it is open Sundays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Saturdays, it is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Riverside Park is a neighborhood park managed by the North Coventry Township Parks and Recreation Commission. Situated on West Main Street, it provides a wide recreational space for residents in the South Pottstown community. The park features the following amenities:

Coventry Mall is an indoor shopping mall on West Schuylkill Road in South Pottstown.
