Huntington Valley is also the site of the Fetter's Mill Village Historic District. The district contains several train stations and the Fetter's Mill, built in 1740 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The entire district was built in 1740 in the Georgian and Colonial architectural styles. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 16, 2006.
